By analysing your swimming, cycling and running technique, we can coach you ensuring proper swim tehniques, proper bike position on your triathlon bike and iron out inefficiencies, imbalances and weaknesses from your body. Analysis of your swim, bike and run can be undertaken, but also postural assessment can be undertaken in two ways. If you are in my local area or on a training camp with us we will video your motion together. However, the exciting bit, if you are unable to meet us in person we can still perform video analysis easily no matter where you are in the world!
By asking a training partner or friend to video you on a smart phone, or any video device such as camera, you can upload your video online. I will then access it and analyse it frame by frame, adding detailed annotations, lines, angles and audio, giving you detailed feedback of your form. Advice will then be given to help you get free speed from your body, avoid injury and enhance your experience.
