Over the years I have developed a five step triathlon training solution. I have learned through trial and error with my own performances, and my countless clients, and this is a method that works.

Each of the five steps contains elements to get you to your best, and this is fed to you over 12, 16 or 20 weeks depending on your event and goals. I believe this is a very comprehensive and effective way of triathlon training, and being designed especially for the busy athlete, it gets the most out of realistic commitments, and does not treat you like an elite, which is what some plans do.
For me it is very important to promote health and fitness for triathlon. While often people can get fit, unfortunately this can be at the detriment to health, and while they may be linked, health and fitness are different. The triathlon training program takes a holistic approach to fitness, and has some alternative methods, specifically in the two elements of training and nutrition.
The fast then far method saves you time, and works better for the real-world athlete, resulting in better fitness and triathlon performance. The 90 day triathlon nutritional protocol promotes healthy nutritional habits, and steers away from chemical ridden sports fuels and highly processed traditional sports nutrition. In the past, following traditional nutritional and training practices resulted in my own burnout and sickness. I have since spent a lot of time researching and developing alternative ways to train, that dont negatively affect long term health in pursuit for fitness, and in fact promote both.
I promote certain partner products and always test, research and truly believe in what I promote. If I don't believe in a product, I don't promote it. I distribute sports and health nutritional supplements that I believe in. I can assure you they are from ethical companies, and where possible environmentally sound too. Any nutrition I promote comes from ethically sourced raw materials, organic, and natural products.
